Mike S. contacted us by e-mail in April for a quote on a 40 x 60 building. It was intended for a detached garage for his personal home. He got several quotes, and told us that he had decided to go with one of our competitors.
Then he called me back the middle of June, and told us that things had not worked out with the other company. So we re-quoted the job. On June 25 we signed a contract for a 40 x 56 x 14 building with two garage doors, six windows, a concrete floor, and an insulated ceiling for $38,600.
Three weeks later, while we were in the process of finalizing the design, we signed a change order to upgrade the building to 72 feet long for $8,800.
We broke ground on the project the second week of September. It took a total of four weeks to complete the build-out.
