Jenny wanted a barn for horse stabling on her home property so she could stop boarding. She called in April, and we quoted out a 36 x 48 building with two stalls and a lean-to for the horses.
In May we signed a contract for a 36 x 48 x 12 with an 8 x 25 lean-to for $25,400. This building was tied into an existing shed that was to be used for hay and feed storage.
We then signed a change order to have us build their two stalls and a tackroom for an additional $6,200.
We began construction on this building the first week of August. Total construction time was 2 weeks.
